Tourist tax
From July 2023, we are obliged to charge a tourist tax in the district of Olhão (to which we are part of). From May to October €2 per person with a maximum of 5 nights (per month). From November to April the tax will be €1 per person with a maximum of 5 days (per month) as well. We kindly ask you to pay this amount in cash, on arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation scheme: If canceled by the tenant up to 8 weeks before arrival is 50% of the rent is due; within 8 weeks before arrival 100% of the rent is due.

In the event of an emergency (such as fire, earthquake, and you can not make use of your apartment), the owner will pay the already payed amount back to you.

We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Prices mentioned are per week, or per night.

Apartments Bela Vista & Vista Mar Fuseta are both suitable for 4 persons (+ eventually a baby).

Minimum stay in low and mid season is 3 nights (price per night) a min. of 7 nights is required during high & top season.

Prices exclude obliged end-cleaning service: €40 for both Apartment Bela Vista and Vista Mar.

For €25 a ride we can pick you up and/or bring you back to Faro Airport if you wish. (max. 4 persons).

A Campingbed (children up to 4 years) and a high chair is available for €10/week.

Prices include WIFI/Internet, Electra, Gas, Water and TV.

Prices include kitchen and bath towels, and bed linen.

If you want we can clean your house more often (€10,=/hour - 3 hours).

We provide a service for long-stayers (4 weeks and more) to clean the house every 2 weeks (included).

Hammamsheets /towels (1 pp) are provided for taking to the beach.

The Jacuzzi at Bela Vista's Rooftop has to be booked in advance: fresh water will be provided. additional costs: €50 for the first 7 days, after that €2,= a day.

You have free entrance at the shared pool / infinity pool: opening hours from 07:00 till 19:00 hours. We are guests, as well as the other guests, Restaurant Tia Maria is the host. Take care of each other :)

We can buy some essential groceries for you to start with.

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

We ask you to leave before 10:30 and arrive after 16:00 hour, negotiable.

We can take care of your suitcases, in case you are more early, or leaving late.

No deposit, but please inform us about imperfections or things that are broken.

Licence to rent: Alojamento Local apartment Bela Vista 112950/AL and Vista Mar 17360/AL.

We can help you renting a car, when requested, they can be delivered to our place or picked up at the airport of Faro.

Payments: at booking 50% of the rent. 8 weeks before arrival the remaining 50%. (We advise you to take out a travel and cancellation insurance).

Our calendar is up to date, but to be sure; please fill in the reservation form or send us an e-mail with your request and we will answer you ASAP.

We keep an automatic option for 2 days, and send you, after approval, a confirmation by email, terms and conditions mentioned on this page then apply.

Between 15th of November and 15th of April we have special rates for long stayers, please ask.

When we are fully booked we can help you finding another accommodation in the surroundings of East-Algarve.

The owners of Apartments Bela Vista & Vista Mar can not be held responsible and / or liable by the tenant and / or co-users in respect of the situations mentioned under a and b below and therefore dismiss owners of any obligation to pay compensation:

a. theft, loss, damage, injury, accidents in any form whatsoever and for whatever reason arise during or as a result of a stay at the holiday complex and / or holiday homes.

b. all consequences arising from: war, strikes, natural violence, force majeure, restrictive government measures and / or exceptional circumstances attributable to third parties.

We process this data for the following purpose:

• For contact, to provide you with the requested information and to handle it.
• For registering, administering and invoicing reservations.
• for sending invitations and relevant information about Bela Vista & Vista Mar apartments.

• At check-in, notify the Portuguese authorities (SEF) of your stay as required by Portuguese law.
We keep this data for approximately 2 years after your stay; we destroy the data at the end of each calendar year. With the exception of the data that we need for the Portuguese tax authorities and foreigners' authorities, we keep these for as long as required by Portuguese law, when this period expires we destroy the personal data.
